I'm a bit torn on this one as for me it's right on the threshold between A- and B-rank. It looks a bit formulaic since each base seems to have a clearly preferable option where to pressure. On the other hand, it's Mixed Base and High Funds so anything can still happen, really. So I'm putting this in A-rank and 'Under Review' for now so we can get some test games going.
