Map has potential, the 12-8 base lead for the 4P team may be too much for the
single player to overcome. I'd maybe give BH an extra 2 bases to get them to 10 either top left and bottom right to pair up
with or top right bottom left. I would also add another preowned airport for BH. The income would probably end up
somewhere along the lines of upper 50's for BH and lower 60's for the allies.
