This is a mini version of Nell's Luck Game by Mewtwo.

Rules:
Ban every ground unit except infantry.
Set capture limit to 7. (Very important!)
Ban every CO except Nell (unless you want to mix things up with other COs such as
Jugger or Andy). Tags are optional (but probably not needed).
To win, destroy the megatanks with lucky infantry chip damage and capture the cities.
