A High Funds 4 person free-for-all where naval units get a chance to shine.

Edit 10/20/22: Now redesigned to make the bridge fight be less chokey and have more finality, eliminated labs, added more coast near spawns to buff naval base attacks, made the center fight for HQs the focus of the map, added central defenders to prevent backcapping by severely underequipped central attacks, and rebalanced starting positions.
