I used Sami on this map and I felt a bit over-powered. My opponent was tough, but the capture game is very evident here.
Overall I liked the concept.

Hey, thanks for the comment. I agree Sami is a solid pick here, although in your game your opponent neglected to capture his
neutral base at all, so it was a bit of a foregone conclusion!

I enjoyed this map overall. It seems well thought out with the fairly vulnerable HQ, potential for arty to aim at the opponents factory, and pipe-seam to decide when to break. I especially like the forward base on the river offering the possibility of mechs going nearly straight into combat.

The city positions are a little off in the contested areas. Ideally what you want is a forward city that the lone base will safely
capture, with heavy terrain (mountain or river) that is near the city but between the lone base and the city. That will make it
hard to reinforce and create dynamic play.

I would also say that the HQs are mispositioned, and that's making it difficult to set the contested area up properly. What if
the HQs were moved more towards the upper right / bottom left corners? Like at [03,18] for example.

Finally, I see no reason for the airport to be piped, I'd just open that. As it is, this just forces copters to the center, which I
don't see as a positive.

Implemented most of those changes, this was an older map so it had some beginner mistakes. Flow wise, once the seam
breaks the idea is for that player to sweep around the edge for properties before heading to the enemy HQ - if the HQ is in the
corner, I feel like this sweep will become an HQ race. Using the handy dandy Resize tool, I've instead made the contested area
on the edge further from the HQ, so units positioned too centrally won't be able to help out on this front, while also keeping a
front switch HQ attack through the middle on the table.
