I think it’s just too big, slow developing, and high income for base light. There’s also surprisingly few contested cities for how big the map is, and the income is so high that being 2k-4k behind may not even matter that much. The labs are very safe as well so an HQ cap end game isn’t really possible. I think adding more airports so you can actually use the high funds could help. Moving the lab somewhere that it can be captured as an end game option is needed too. And then opening some of the fronts a bit may help as well. It’s pretty choky around the contested areas right now, which may normally not be as much of an issue with Base Light, but with this map being bigger I can see how unit build up could cause some problems. |
