This seems balanced, but the fronts will probably develop along a flat line that will make it more likely to stall. Using a 2 neutral
+ 1 preowned base setup and separating the fronts more might help encourage dynamic play.

Not very balanced, on this map, the airport will very late, and p1 can fully apply the tec of recon to harass with NEO tank
