Should go without saying it should be interesting whether people use their black boat for earlier access of the airports and speeding up their intentionally-otherwise-meagre-starting capture game or protecting their HQ. If, in test games, everyone moves it then I might make the HQs even more exposed, though I feel the centre is a lot more open than it at first looks, especially as I tried to hold back on the heavier terrain there; I know I have a bad tendency to create chokey areas even when I don't mean to.
Sami and Drake may be a bit overpowered on this map - at least in their respective tiers - as landers they build from their airport-side harbours can reach the shore below the double-city in one turn rather than two. Again, this was intentional, which is part of the reason for the other port also within one day's travel for most vehicles. While I wanted a bit of a slow-starting capture game, I didn't necessarily want units to take a very long time to reinforce the fronts once they've formed, which is the main reason there are ports and so much lander & b-boat access - which also works the same as roads for tire-based units and all other vehicles in rain & snow - around the map, especially in the centre.
