This map is intended for Fog of War and High Funds. The extra predeployed black boat for WN is intended to balance the
increased starting funding.

The predeployed missile prevents early t-copter and b-copter cheese strategies. The artillery prevents the airport from being
captured early on by the opposing side. And finally, the recon and APC are to prevent the lab or neutral airport from being
contested in the capture phase.

One goal of this map is to encourage sub usage for scouting.
