This map is intended for Standard. Debuting a new FTA counter for 4-base mixed setups.

Swapped the starting inf on the PL 2-base side to the other base to prevent minor TA issues with
interrupting the capture chain in the upper left quadrant. Thanks to Astaroth for the find.
