Having seen many horrible and unfair 'tournament' maps (maps that work almost like a
tournament) here's my attempt to make a (reasonably) fair tournament map. This map only
works in people don't resign / get booted early. Well, it's at least more fair than 90 % of the
other tournament maps. Ban Colin, Grit, Hachi and black bombs, as usual. And yes, that's
AWBW in the edges.

And just to mention, I made the account Ultra Storm 2 just to make more
than 30 maps.

Are all the armies (save BM) supposed to have opposing cities?
9/10

wouldn't sensei or sami get an unfair head start in this map?

Of course, it's a way of balancing first turn advantage.

Well, Sami and Sensei tend to have an advantage in situations with few cities. Thus, they
have an advantage in the beginning in most maps. They can be banned if that is
considered a problem.

Just to inform, I've edited the map quite a bit.
caboose_retard_of_blue_team (07/10/2006 06:27am):
i give this a 9 pretty decent map but the secondary countries have their HQs on the inner
side in the second battleground and also in front of the bases and airports, you dont think
that its a bit hard to defend from capturing dont you? and the final battle ... thats definately
going to just be a long stalemate as indirect can just be deployed behind in rows given how
long it will take just to make a way into the center. so just a suggestion, you might want to
make the center grounds wider in the sense of seems or remove some of the pipes
bakabonest (08/14/2007 10:12pm):
Looks ok, but the lack of neutral properties for the first and the second battle really hurts.
For that reason, after finishing their first battle each country is more likely to go for the
center city area rather than try to finish off their adjasent country.
Also, doesn't the countries BM, YC, BD, and JS have an disadvantage because their HQ's
would be easier to capture when they advance to the second fight?
Ian_the_pro (03/07/2009 03:37am):
isnt a good map, some1 wins and breaks through the pipe early, its all over
