Intended for fog.

Heavily inspired by Kantbei's The Hills Have Eyes: https://awbw.amarriner.com/prevmaps.php?maps_id=127998

The intention is to keep the lander gameplay reinforcing flanks, with the gradual shift of strength on the flanks, second airport
being locked behind lander, and semi-fog mechanics.

Design otherwise intends to open up more paths to reinforce the fronts with by following means:
- Bases are closer together and have access to the same pathways, mainly differing in reinforcement length
- Extra reinforcement paths are added
- Scout infantry still have access to vision on the flank paths but the flank paths are slightly less mandatory to be used,
additionaly,
both have slightly more options to be killed off with.
- HQ's are a bit more forward to be an easier threat when ahead.
- Com tower is slightly safer (for the player whom's HQ is close by) to make taking the com tower early an actual trade off, but
otherwise put the com tower into direct ownership of the strong side. This hopefully reduces the amount of Com tower race
scenario's.
- Center area has more fallback options. Together with the changes to the flanks, the hope is that play might divert more back
into the flanks when the center stalls.

Tank order is ABBA.

Edits - 12-4:

- Increased size by 1 in each direction
- Slowed reinforce to center
- Moved some forests and reduced defensive play
