For FoW and can also be for Standard, also Salpakan is a Filipino board game made in 1970 that inspired Stratego and is made
by Sofronio H. Pasola Jr. The
same board game also uses FoW elements which are also commonly found in real time strategy games.

Thanks Esper. I figured Game of the Generals is too bland, so i translated it into Filipino and found the about the original game
Salpakan. There is a similar boardgame name called Stratego and like Salpakan the map settings is set to fog due to the
pieces not revealed in game like in the boardgame.
