based on the map Mystery Land from Mario Party 2.

going off of my last map, yoshi's tropical island, this one is much less of a direct interpretation, instead being adjusted to be more fair and symmetrical so that theoretically actual competitive gameplay could be played here. the "islands" aren't all exactly the same, but the general position and amount of properties for each player remains consistent.

lab recommendation: restrict units above 10k funds to lab ownership
