Designed for FoW. Potentially standard compatible, but that mode may weaken the HQ
side too much.

A weak lone factory + HQ side with strong defensive terrain versus a delayed strong
side. Might develop in various ways depending on the opening and air coverage
involved, as well as how and when the seams are broken.
