Great map concept, but I wish the teleport tiles enabled Landers from the island ports to reach the mainland in one move. Right now, only Drake and Sami can do this, while everybody else can only do this with black boats, meaning lots of infantry spam at the landing zone. I do like how the mainland base is actually the weakest side for each player until reinforcements arrive. Edit: having a sea tile surrounded by 4 teleport tiles is a little unfair. A player who gets a battleship or carrier to that tile becomes almost impossible to dislodge. In the name of balance, those tiles should be switched to either shoals or opened up so each of them has at least 1 non pipe or teleport tile beside it. Same goes for the silo tiles by the comm tower and pipe seam. The fact that a 1hp copter can completely deny the tower until destroyed by a missile or carrier is a bit ridiculous. |
