The second part to the Jester's tournament series.

Rule:
1) Only break pipe seams after the first battles are over.

you know those two airports that are in the middle of the ocean? they arent' worth getting.
the four silo, six city, and four bases? not worth getting. there are two bases surrounded
by pipes and mountains....also not worth getting.

i suggest not banning the piperunner, maybe opening up the HQ area on the right side.
also, you can only leave your initial area with infantry and mechs.....so...its' slow
after that, there aren't any bases on the outside really, so your going to be slowed down
too muc.

what i see, is a game that is full of action for like...30 turns, then it gets boring, you
can't win, all you really get are infantry and mechs to invade the other half of the
tournament area....it's a stalemate.

A wonderful map, even better than the first one.
