Remake of the long road by Dan with a plan.

Fixed a few of the issues with the previous maps, such as Cobalt not having a starting factory. Moved a few of the HQ's and
Factories to help with spacing and balance. Gave the island a few more properties and a boat to try to give them better
tempo with the game.

Meant to be played FFA or teams of 2.
