Map depicting geopolitical competition in 21st century. Pipes included to reflect the unlikelihood of direct combat between such states, with most actual combat taking place in other regions through proxies. OS: US + allies (Australia, Israel, South Korea, Taiwan, etc.) BM: Russia + military bases and Wagner Group GE: Germany YC: Japan BH: Saudi Arabia + Gulf allies RF: UK + military bases and overseas territories GS: Ethiopia (+ African Union) BD: Turkey AB: China + military bases and allies (Pakistan, etc) JS: Italy PC: Indonesia (+ ASEAN) TG: Iran + Iraq, Hezbollah, Houthis, etc PL: France + military bases and overseas territories AR: India + military bases WN: Poland + Visegrad/Intermarium |

Very cool! Very creative and mapped out! However, shouldn't the pipe borders between France + Germany, France + Spain, among others, be destroyable? Even though combat between such states is unlikely, this would only really work in Team Games, which limits the map a bit imo, even if they're teammates currently the impassable terrains means that they're still not nice enough to move troops through each other's borders. I can understand the Himalayas being impassable, which creates a nice dynamic in the map, but otherwise everything else probably should be destroyable. |

I like the idea, but for this to work the regions need to be larger (though I get there's a limit to what AWBW now considers playable). Otherwise you have Green and Purple for instance, shelling each other. Really it encourages artillery spam over a good ol' open field tank battle. |
