Welcome to France - The Battle of Regions!

This is supposed to be a map in the future, so, if the map does not corresponding exactly, that's normal (yeah, that's a good
excuse).
That's a 5-players battle, with Orange Star, Blue Moon, Green Earth, Yellow Comet, and... Purple Lighting (of course,
because PL's country is France.
You can play it with Fog or not (of course, radars will serve to nothing if not).

All starting buildings does corresponding to an important city, except GE's radar (shifted 3 squares to the west) and YC's
port (no city).
