Supposed to play better than the 2v2 predecessor, but not enough to be as quality as the original 1v1

For High Funds, teams should be ABAB. I haven't verified the FTA counter for FFA yet, but hopefully it works

For 4p team games ABBA team order works better, as in a ABAB order team A has two times turn order advantage over team
B. In ABBA, A has one over B and B has one over A, canceling most turn order advantage out.
