Re-using the gimmick from a previous map of mine where the second-turn country's pre-deployed infantry has to cross a tile vehicles can't traverse to reach the neutral base that is therefore rather isolated and will become the weak side, allowing each country's airport to be on their strong side without making one of the starting bases significantly more valuable than the other and so keeping the balance of the FTA counter, or at least keeping it as balanced as the usual FTA counter for a standard map. Speaking of which, this is for standard play. Tank is available for those who build at least one lander as an incentive to build one, atop the map being designed with it in mind, both to expedite units reaching the centre and to ferry vehicles to the weak side to defend it, especially as I've tried to place heavy terrain in a way that'll make it even more natural than normal for players to send units from at least one of their strong side's bases towards their opponent's weak side. Am strongly considering replacing the b-boats on the HQs with landers as a result.

Added additional neutral base to each country's strong side, initially only useful for producing footsoldiers, but can be 'freed' by destroying the pipe seam. Was going to have it fully 'available' from the start but wanted to keep previously-mentioned balance of starting base value and so FTA counter position.
