A great, great, great relative (who you had never heard of) died and left you their headquarters and properties. The estate has a
private fishing cabin great for fishing, finest marble HQ plaza, and several lander yachts. It even has its own airport.
Apparently you also inherited the war your relative had with their neighbor over the ridge.
