Even without the AWBW-original countries, SFCW didn't have BH.

As for not using the properties from SFW, we had technical difficulties in getting that together in time, so we settled on just
using the regular properties.

Could it be that there is a visual bug on the map? Tile 01,17 looks like plains, but in game it functions as a mountain (similar to
tile 17,01).

EDIT: should tile 05,09 be a forest tile (similar to 09,05)? It now looks like plains too.
