Intended for 2v2 team play.

Swapped the middle players around to make it more 1v2 instead of 1v1 on a 4 player map.

I might do some rebalancing in the centre regarding the bases and airports but I would need more tes tgames as to how
swapping the middle countries affects the gameplay on its own.
