When it storms, the bridge at Rainbuckle is the only reliable way across the channel coasts that forms, which gave the town it's
name. On these days, the tolls collected stack high. A greedy investor has decided to dam the chasm so that the river channel
remains permanently, allowing lucrative tolls to be collected everyday. You and the surrounding-area town folk have decided to
kick the investor out and keep Rainbuckle Coast free.
