Wanted to keep the old HQ/Bboat interaction, always thought it looked cool.

It plays quite slow, but is alright otherwise.

Gave the map another shake-up to tighten the income curve but also make the middle base much faster and more responsive. Also moved pipe seams around as well, kind of curious to see if it plays out nicely...
