Drake challenges Flak to a new board game he's found, hoping he can win so Flak will tell him
the secret about the Lake Battleship.

Rules:
Fog on
Ban Sonja
Turn 1, P1 moves their ships by type to line up vertically or horizontally, ignoring infantry for the
moment, P2 moves their ships and starts ONE cap.
Turn 2, P1 messages for the "KER-BOOM!!!!!" or "Splerahahsh", they start their cap.
If miss, delete infantry.
If hit, cap city and begin another cap, deleting first infantry next turn.
Naval units associated with hits must be deleted.
