Firstly, the Lab issue.
Many countries only have one lab, but why can BD have four?
Then, the missile well issue.
Not all countries have missile wells.
Factory issues.
Most countries have 2 factories, but 3 countries can occupy 4 factories.
Communication tower issues.
Most countries only have one tower, but why do OS and BD have four? Afraid Javier might not be happy enough?
Also, are you sure you're serious about placing a large number of airports next to the Orange Star defense facility?
