So basically you have to stall untill Javier has all Com towers? |

BM can force a tie by just leaving the pipe runners in the corners. Make the BM HQ captureable or bend the corners inward. |

It's not exactly meant to be a direct match like that. Rather, it's Javier trying to survive in the center (I suppose I should have made him OS so he could move first) while his infantry builds up his defense, and Grit trying to defeat him before that happens. Not all units have to be destroyed to end the match, it's just a matter of who wins in the middle area. |

Ah, so you did steal my map. Thats quite alright, I dont mind. I would be too lazy to put it on AWBW anyway! |

....how is BM supposed to kill that infantry on the right side? Even if he takes out everything in the middle, Green is still alive. Neither side can win! |

...Wow. I can't tell if it's even or not. Since FoW has to be on, it looks like Grit will get crushed. All the Javier player has to do is just hide in forests. I suppose you could get around this by sacrificing your indirect units, but then your force would eventually get widdled down, and Javier may not even need all the Towers. I could be wrong, but I think Grit needs more Recons, or Infantry, or SOMETHING to throw in the forests to see Javier's units. Of course, you can't go nuts, or it'll give Grit an inane advantage. But that's just my point of view. |
|
jenkins (11/01/2006 06:36am):
True, but while Javier's busily hiding, Grit can attack Javier's recons. Although it's doubtful that they can all be hit (there are 11 after all), Javier will have a difficult time manouvering himself out of Grit's considerable reach if he's half blind when he tries to do so. Really a test of each player's wits. |

This maps just a draw, a mere waste of space, and time. BM fow, just kills several GE units on the first turn, abuses the chokepoint, and pushes his force forward. BM-FTA. RE: ^This is why it's important to read the comments. Fool. Resort to flaming more please. |
