P2 can go BABA tank order with a base skip. It's also just a weird capture phase in general, with other potentially janky options
that I didn't explore. Even though I would've gladly B-Ranked this for aesthetics alone (or worse), I'm glad I get to justify the
ranking with a more objective reason.
