I feel like gameplay on here would be smoother if the BBoats were swapped and the (15,12) river tile removed. As-is, you're bound to get Inf conga lines on the top/bottom after capping everything close to the bases; also, the harbors feel a bit like a trap since the river tiles make building BBoats/Landers a no-go.
