A fair map, with some nice oppurtunities for naval combat too. Drake would fair well here,
and a few other avergae CO's too.

Kindle would do fairly well I'd think. One thing is that OS' HQ should be one right if you
want perfect equality on bases.

Kindle, Hachi, and Sensei would all shine here; I suppose Sasha and Kanbei would also be
good with all the properties.

Needs a bit of terrain variety. Not a single mountain anywhere.
