Rework of the Map- Oh how I hate you by Badfurday

Moved the pipe near the center around to try and give Grey more room to move. Combined the islands at the top so both
island can be invaded by one transport. Added more units for grey at the start to help with balance an to provide vision and
to capture more factories early on.

Added a few extra cities near blue to make it more worth while to play them.

Big problem with the other map is it really felt like you had to be Hatchi Or Kanbie in order to win as the centeral player.
Hopefully the additions will add more game play and less stomp.
