Orange Star is kinda cucked. Every other nation starts with two bases and has access to a 3rd
base immediately. Orange Star only starts with 1 and has to capture their second base, with no
other nearby bases. Even with FTA that is a huge handicap.

Also when you fix this map later, Brown is missing an airport. I mentioned this in game but yeah
that's a pretty big handicap too.
