Nearly a perfect map. Excellent work.

My only gripe is that unlocking the pipeseam areas seems like it isn't really worth the trouble, which is a shame because they
could be utilized as an alternative win condition. If there were more properties in those segments (and maybe a factory
touching the pipes?) it might be worth it.
