Rome has fallen, and the world is up for grabs, millions must die. Now with 30% more backstabbing.
Based on the Mediterranean, around the year 450 AD losely inspired by Rome's map
(https://www.worldhistory.org/uploads/images/14250.png?v=1677106688),
adjusted for gameplay reasons, yes, England is cut in half.
Here, Rome's is neutral so their goods are up for the Empires or factions around it, which are the following:
- 450AD/Today
OS: Toledo, Visigoth Kingdom/Madrid, Spain
BM: Hun Empire/Minsk, Belarus
GE: Thuringii/Berlin, Germany
YC: Tripolitana, Vandals/Tripoli, Libya
BH: Ancyra, Bizantine Empire (Western Roman Empire)/Ankara, Turkey
BD: Alexandria, Bizantine Empire (Monophysites)/Alexandria, Egypt
AB: Tangier, Mauretanians/Tangier, Morocco
JS: Serdika, Bizantine Empire (Destroyed by Huns by 450)/Sofia, Bulgaria
PL: Orleans, Syagrus/Orleans, Paris

(Some of their locations have changed for balance sake)

Recommended settings:
To be played in FFA, works with standard settings, 75 to 90 unit limit, optionally in Fog or High Funds. Set Mega Tanks to be
unlocked from capturing labs.

Recomended tiers:
T0: Hachi, Colin
T1: Hawke, Kanbei, Sensei, Grit, Drake
T2: Eagle, Kindle, Olaf, Javier, Nell, Sasha (It's like playing w/out COPs), Von Bolt, Sturm
T3: Andy, Lash, Max, Rachel, Sami, Adder, Flak, Grimm, Jake, Jess, Jugger, Sonja

v3 changes: Substantial buffs for Purple who had a terrible position, fixed OS awful port, buffs to AB, BD due to their original
high loss rate, and small buffs to BH and JS.
Added quite a large amount of neutral extra cities and ports in the oceans to incentivise navy battles further.

No FTA changes, but BM has more cities to represent the Huns and since they are the furthest away from Rome.
Enjoy!

Thing is, spacing it out, Green is the quickest to Rome
if their first infantry makes a beeline for the base+comm straight away.
(Did this in the previous version even with random weather and some snow slowing me)
Depends if OS/JS also send their first infantry out, but it means a slow start for OS.
Yellow isn't really going to want to build a boat so early being sandwiched.

Although Green is surrounded, so unless they're politically savvy, it may not matter.

I think it's better from a balancing perspective to set neotanks as lab units. They're
more useful for pushing enemy positions while Megas are more defensive in nature.
Nobody wants to feel screwed just because their opponent had a lab nearby while they
didn't.
