I think P1 has an advantage here because they can get out an extra Arty for ABaBA vehicle order. This Arty can then be used to remove the Recon spy early. P2 has to sacrifice a tank build to do the same.

So I think this lacks contested properties since the players can grab almost any city near the frontline fairly quickly, partly due to the fact that there are very long (I'd say too long) capture chains along the front. So I think B-rank is appropriate for this one.
