For standard. Weird FTA counter but works out to BAAB tank order while only allowing 8k on the turn after first tank (instead of
the 9k that often happens in 4b) to prevent a follow up arty since arty can have lots of use early here. Experimenting with 2
locked bases that can only make inf/mechs initially in a 4b

mixed base setup.

Interesting setup, but I think the Arty order is important here, too, since 2 early Arties (+ maybe Mechs afterward) seems like a good opener here to get rid of some of the pipeseams early whereas early tanks probably will not achieve that much in comparison due to the size and layout of the map. Arty order is BABA though which is a small issue. Maybe the pipeseams (or at least some of them) aren't even needed because it's very likely that the players will break them anyway? Freeing up the bases seems rather important here.

As an aside, I find it a bit awkward that deleting the Rockets to make space for an Arty that can break the pipeseam near the 1b1a might be kinda viable (that has no influence on the map rank though).
