This map is an attempt at using a contested base as a "neutral HQ".

Unfortunately, it doesn't work very well because it takes up so much space in the center of the map, which makes the map
rather big and stally.

The teleport tiles mainly exist to smooth out certain reinforcement paths to "shrink" the map in certain locations.
