contest map. please critique it.

tried to make a good navy game. i intentionally balanced the center toward blue moon slightly
to counter FTA. was it too much or too little?. also, i tried to make it balanced but not
completely symmetrical. have i succeeded? where are the balance problems? each player
has 22000 in income on their side, which should be enough to power a sea battle.

ban grit, hachi, colin, and maybe drake.
