Massive FTA for Orange Star since they can reach the base in the middle first.

Qnother issue: Any player can prevent access from zheor water section by placing a sub ontop of the center-alighned port.
therefore, subs need to be banned on this map to prevent a stalemate, or breakable waterways with pipe seams arranged
