Full credit goes to this genius platoisbroken: https://awbw.amarriner.com/prevmaps.php?maps_id=117079 I primarily redid it just to help promote the map a bit more. Slight changes I made: - flipped the map - timer is now 25 days - expanded the main gate since 2 tile chokepoints are too easy - removed the chance to bomb the main gate for an easier win - 5 bships are meant to be built - added Uruk Pikemen (in a perfect world, this would be the "lancer" unit from the Flash "Battalion" series), also first death - added more units for defenders to tank hits with. - added the civilian cave for aesthetics (though I think they were more northwest?) - added a box for Gimli :D Setup: Fog On, Rain On (looks very pretty), Starting funds should be 140000 for the 5 bships COs allowed: Sasha, all T4 excluding Adder. Up to you if you want to include Sensei (1 city for him to spawn an infantry to scramble for comms), Nell (bs luck), Adder/Sami (boosts infantry to shorten the timer), Lash (heavy terrain for defenders but can help black's "morale" through the sludge). Javier is also kinda there, but if Black gets a comm chances are you're buggered anyway. Anyone else tends to break pre-deployed maps in half, Max is also useless for this setup. Considering this is only 36x36, some madman could expand the layout to represent the BFME version of this with 1v3 (or 2v3 if the elven artillery are another player), allowing factories on both sides to keep up the onslaught. I may try to design a Minas Tirith version with a similar defensive style. |
