Reinforcement ranges being so close to the contested cities on opposing sides + strong arty locks from easily accessible
forests makes even the slight extension to hunt down an arty puts you into significantly unfavorable 2 turn reinforcement range.
Would likely need to make the map slightly bigger with the contested properties in 3 turn range for vehicles and arty not being
so safely reinforced in 2 tank moves while covering cities.
