The 4 in the middle have more forests to get out of the base. The ones in the middle need more
of an advantage since they can be more easily attacked

I'm going to have to refute ShiningForce4 here. Middle placement is typically the most advantageous place to be in any
game as it grants you a full range of movement to flee or attack in any direction. In a game where predicting your
opponent's next move is paramount to success - holding control of the center is the key to victory in most cases. Combined
with this, the center units also have a turn advantage compared to the outer units.

Ostensibly, you balanced this perfectly. Outer units do require more help than inner units, especially on this map. I'm sure
the record of win rates will confirm my suspicion (Assuming usual CO tier variance.)
