I think the city at (05,06) is too good of a parking spot for tanks from the airport base (it has more options than the top-left route and can defend Com Tower immediately as well). This could maybe be alleviated if the forest was moved from (05,07) to (05,05). Com Tower could maybe be moved to (02,06) so that tanks can also defend it within 2 turns via the top-left route, but I'm not sure if that's needed. The rest of the map looks fine to me. |

Updated the map a bit. Changed mountain range to pipes and river and extended the total length of the previous mountain range by 1-tile and added forest at the end to slow down front-shifting from mid to the sides through the pivot. Test game showed front-switching was a bit too easy and made the map a little too all mid. |

为什么要把HQ cheese的地图放在 Live Play ,被锁定基地就和吃了大便一样难受。 强行给Base Light分成三线,机场工厂工厂,其中中间的工厂容易被锁定。对手的两个工厂都可以在三回合内,生产炮兵,就锁 定工厂。 这个分线是一点意义没有,反而堵住了中间工厂通往中间的道路 |

There really should be a black boat or cruiser on the lab, or really silly things can happen, such as in this match: https://awbw.amarriner.com/game.php?games_id=1408350&ndx=0 Even if my opponent had guarded his lab, that would've let me deny him a city, while still getting one for myself. P2 has an advantage on this one. Removing P2's starting infantry would just mean P1 has the advantage instead. |

I tend to agree, if P2 cancels the (08,05) cap to threaten the lab instead, you get into a rather toxic gameplay loop (especially so if P2 is Sami). So yeah, the HQs should probably be BBoated. Moved to B-rank for now, also removed Live tag for now since this setup is a bit too sharp as-is. |

A day 3 Recon from the 1b can deny or delay the airport which is somewhat problematic I think. P2 has to counter that with tank which gives P1 enough time to capture their own airport unopposed unless P2 skips captures to stop P1's airport capture (a counter-Recon should be too slow). I think P2 can actually still get the airport despite P1's d3 Recon if they capture skip immediately though. So I think the map revolves too much around the airports with a lot if denying and counter-denying possibilities (but these also force the players' hands somewhat so that's probably not too enjoyable overall). Maybe the airports could be moved further back (to the corners) to prevent this. Copters can also threaten a base lock on both opposing bases within 2 turns so that also may be an issue given how heavy the terrain is - it feels a bit too choky overall, maybe that could be looked into as well. Overall still B for me. |
