For Standard Live Play. This map does not have ABBA or BAAB tank order but neither does End of Entropy. Using labs and
majority of cities outside of 1 turn cap range to give time for infantry to build up a bit early on since it's BL with no airports. Try it
before you roast it please!

Added a pre-owned city pair so the tank order works out to BAAB now.
