The objective is for P1 to capture P2's middle base (the one with the MD tank). P1 should be Drake, and P2 should be Kindle.
The megatanks on the side are to give power charge. This is an easier puzzle. There can be some luck rolls involved that
could result in you being able to capture the base, but there is a "safe" solution that is almost guaranteed (>95% I believe).
Tough to make these with no luck involved at all while still keeping it interesting.
