P2 can skip a city capture on day 3 and still get ABBA tank order. This allows them to reach one of the Com Towers faster (depending on which city is skipped). Since this strat is reliant on memorization, I've removed this map from the Live pool.

Readded to Live - for now I'm not convinced the skip is OP as there should be counterplay for P1.
