Changes from v1:
-Moved airport and lab to be further away from each other
-Removed several properties to reduce income to 15k

11-09 changes:
-Adjusted contested properties positions to be more neutral
-Heavily changed terrain around contested areas and paths towards contested areas
-Several properties moved around for bases to be more equal in captures count
-Moved airport away from bridge island
